Orders and Shipping

Local Deliveries (Islamabad & Rawalpindi):
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PST) for local delivery within Islamabad and Rawalpindi will generally arrive within 24 hours. If the address is eligible for same-day delivery, we’ll ensure your order reaches you by the end of the day. Please note, delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

Urgent Orders:
For urgent deliveries, please complete your payment online in advance. These will be processed through local delivery services like Bykea, Careem, or Indriver. The delivery charges must be paid directly to the driver upon arrival. Be sure to choose the “Urgent Delivery” option at checkout to ensure timely processing.

Courier Deliveries :
Orders sent via Couriers typically arrive within 1-3 working days. However, for remote areas, delivery times may differ. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PST) will be dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after this time will ship on the next working day. Priority shipping for faster delivery may incur additional charges, and orders made on Saturday after 4:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

Delivery Charges:
We offer fixed delivery charges for packages under 1kg. For larger orders, delivery fees will vary based on the package’s weight, size, and the delivery zone. You will be notified of any changes in delivery charges before your order is processed.

Order Delays:
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays caused by courier services are beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please reach out to your respective courier for updates. You can also contact us for tracking information.

Returns and Reprocessing:
Orders that are returned will only be reprocessed if the payment was made in advance. We recommend checking your order details carefully before confirming the payment.

Return and Warranty Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. However, in case of issues with your order, please follow the steps below to ensure smooth handling of returns and warranty claims:

  1. Inspect the Parcel Upon Arrival:
    When you receive your order, please record a video of yourself opening the package. This will serve as proof in case of any damages or discrepancies in the items received. If there are any issues, we will accept your video as evidence.

  2. Product Inspection and Usage:
    Before using any product, please refer to the accompanying booklet or search for information online to ensure proper usage. When you first use the product, we recommend recording a video. This will help in case there are any issues later, as the video will serve as proof of the condition at the time of use.

  3. Video Proof Required:
    Please note that we will only accept claims that are accompanied by video evidence. Oral claims or complaints without video proof will not be accepted.

  4. Courier Fees:
    Courier charges are non-refundable and will not be adjusted in any case. Kindly keep this in mind when placing an order.

  5. Warranty Claims:
    Warranty claims must be made within 2-3 days of receiving the product. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. Please ensure you check the product as soon as it arrives to avoid any delays in the warranty process.

  6. Right to Modify Warranty Policy:
    The company reserves the right to update or change the warranty policy at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to the customer.

Wrong Item Received Policy

If you receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately:
    Notify us within 2 days of receiving the incorrect item. Provide your order number and a photo of the wrong item.

  2. Return the Item:
    Once we confirm the issue, you will be asked to return the wrong item. We will provide instructions on how to ship it back to us.

  3. Return Shipping:
    We will cover the return shipping cost if the error was on our part.

  4. Replacement or Refund:
    After receiving the returned item, we will either send you the correct product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
